How to Record Host Greeting Message

1. Turn on the power switch, press and hold the ERC button for 6 seconds. (don't release the button)

2. After hearing the "beep" sound, the recording begins, you can start to leave messages.

3. After recording, release the button, greeting message operation finished

a. When greeting message operation finished, the speaker will automatically play the recording again.

b. Greeting message will be played again once you press ERC button during hang-up status.

c. Operating the 'Greeting message operation”again will replace the previous greeting recording (Under hang-up status)

How to Record Guest Message

1. Pick up the handset to hear the host's greeting

2. After hearing the dripping sound, start recording Guest's message

3. Hang up the handle to finish recording

The phone has built in storage which will save all your messages. You can then plug the phone in to your computer to transfer the messages on to there.
